How far in advance should I book?
I recommend reaching out during your second or third trimester to ensure availability. That said, I do my best to accommodate last-minute requests — please reach out even if you're close to your due date.
What does the consultation cover?
We'll talk about your birth experience, your goals for the postpartum period, your family's needs, and which services might be the best fit. It's a relaxed, no-pressure conversation.
Is there a deposit to book?
Yes, a small deposit is required to hold your dates. Full details will be shared during your consultation.
