Services

Care that meets you where you are

Every postpartum journey is unique. My services are designed to flex around your family's needs — whether you need rest, guidance, or simply someone in your corner.

What does a postpartum doula actually do?

A postpartum doula is a trained professional who supports new families in the weeks and months after birth. I'm not a medical provider — I'm your steady, knowledgeable presence who handles the practical and emotional work of the fourth trimester so you can focus on healing and bonding.

Think of me as the village you deserve: someone who knows newborns, understands postpartum recovery, and genuinely cares about your wellbeing.

Overnight Support

Sleep is not a luxury — it's medicine.

I'll be with your family through the night, caring for your newborn so you can get the restorative sleep your body needs. Whether you're breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, or a combination, I'll handle feeds, soothing, and diaper changes — and bring baby to you when it's time to nurse.

Starting at $250 per night

Minimum 3-night booking recommended

What's included

  • Newborn care through the night (typically 10pm–6am)
  • Feeding support (breast, bottle, or combination)
  • Soothing and settling techniques
  • Light tidying of feeding and baby areas
  • Morning handoff with notes on baby's night

Daytime Support

You shouldn't have to do it all.

Daytime visits give you the hands-on support and breathing room you need during the day. I'll care for your newborn, assist with feeding, and take care of light household tasks — so you can rest, shower, eat a real meal, or simply be present without the weight of everything else.

Minimum 4-hour visits

What's included

  • Newborn care and soothing
  • Breastfeeding and bottle-feeding support
  • Light meal prep and household tasks

Questions

Frequently asked

When should I book?

I recommend reaching out during your second or third trimester to ensure availability. That said, I do my best to accommodate last-minute requests — don't hesitate to reach out even if you're close to your due date.

Do you serve my area?

I serve families throughout New Jersey. If you're unsure whether I cover your area, just reach out — I'm happy to discuss travel options.

What's the difference between a doula and a night nurse?

A postpartum doula provides holistic support — newborn care, feeding guidance, emotional support, and light household help. A night nurse typically focuses solely on infant care. As your doula, I'm here for the whole picture: you, your baby, and your family.

Do you work with multiples?

Yes! I have experience supporting families with twins and higher-order multiples. Additional rates may apply — let's talk about what your family needs.

Not sure which service is right for you?

Let's talk. A free 30-minute consultation is the best way to figure out exactly what your family needs — no pressure, no commitment.
